3. Floral & Custom Resin Work Policy

If you request us to use our own roses or gajras, please note that natural variations in color and texture are normal. Each flower dries differently, and colors may vary from those shown in our videos or photos.
We do not guarantee identical shades, as resin art depends on the materials provided and natural differences.

4. Dried Flower Work

Our designs may vary slightly due to material availability. Dried packet flowers, leaves, and materials are often imported and restocked monthly. Therefore, minor design variations of the same theme are acceptable and expected in handmade resin art.

5. Same Design & Colour Disclaimer

Resin art is a handmade process, not machine-made. Each piece is unique due to natural flow and movement of colors in resin.
Slight differences in shade or design do not qualify as defects.

6. Parcel Delivery

We primarily deliver via Leopards Courier, with a standard delivery time of 3–5 business days.
For urgent orders, overnight delivery is available at an additional cost (to be borne by the client).
If urgent delivery is requested without payment of extra charges, we are not responsible for delays.

7. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved design.
Minor variations are part of handmade artistry and not grounds for return.
If an issue occurs, we will try to repair or replace the item, but refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or misuse.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. Customers share information at their own discretion.
