By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

By visiting our site or purchasing any product, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All our resin creations are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and not considered defects.
Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the photos shown online.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase through secure payment methods such as PayFast, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (if applicable).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Custom Orders

For personalized or custom resin pieces, customers must provide accurate details and, where applicable, their own materials (e.g., flowers, fabric, etc.).
Once the design is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made after production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily via Leopards Courier. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.
Urgent deliveries can be arranged with overnight services, but additional charges apply.
Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

As each item is handmade, minor variations are not eligible for return or refund.
We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon delivery or significantly different from your approved design.
Refunds are not guaranteed; in most cases, we offer repair or replacement.

7. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All product photos, designs, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of ResinSoul Studio.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ResinSoul Studio shall not be held responsible for:

  • Damages resulting from misuse or mishandling of products.

  • Delays caused by courier services.

  • Slight differences in color, texture, or pattern due to handmade production.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
