Return & Refund Policy

Each of our resin creations is handmade with love and care.
Because of the artistic and custom nature of our work, we have special return and refund guidelines explained below.
1. General Policy
All our items are handmade, and minor differences in color, texture, or shape are part of the resin art process.
Such small variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

The product arrives broken, damaged, or cracked (tooti hui) at the time of delivery.

The item received is completely different from the approved or ordered design.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must send clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue.
3. Refund Policy for Damaged Items
If your order arrives tooti hui (damaged), we will:

Offer a full refund (through the same payment method used, such as PayFast or bank transfer), or
-
Offer a replacement item of the same design (based on your preference and stock availability).
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after the issue is verified.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized resin pieces

Slight design, shape, or color variations
-
Items damaged due to misuse, handling errors, or exposure to heat or sunlight by the customer
5. Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
In cases where the product was damaged during delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you don’t receive a refund within the mentioned time:

Check your bank account or PayFast account.

Contact your bank if it’s delayed due to processing time.
If still not received, contact us directly.
